About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a qualified and motivated Service Technician to join our busy Milton branch. If you enjoy problem-solving, take pride in quality workmanship, and like working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Qualified mechanic – ideally diesel, however other relevant mechanical experience will be considered.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage time effectively.
• Professional and approachable communication skills.
• A practical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong commitment to Health & Safety.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining machinery to manufacturer standards.
• Testing and signing off on repairs to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Communicating with the Service Manager regarding job progress or delays.
• Working safely and following all Health & Safety procedures.
• Supporting apprentices and assisting with on-the-job training when required.
• Keeping up to date with new products, tools, and technology.
• Attending manufacturer and company training sessions.
• Providing professional service to customers both in the workshop and on-site.
