Team Leader - Transportation Asset Management

Are you passionate about delivering smarter, more sustainable infrastructure outcomes? We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking professional to lead the continual improvement of asset management practices across our transportation activities.

In this role you will:

• You will work collaboratively across teams to strengthen asset management capability, improve data quality and reporting, and support best-practice planning for transportation assets.
• This role plays a critical part in ensuring our systems and processes are effective, future-focused, and aligned with organisational goals and legislative requirements.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in asset management, transportation, infrastructure, or a similar field
• A good understanding of asset management principles and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confidence working with data, reporting, and technology
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
