Project Management Team Leader - Roading and Structures

Are you a people-focused leader with a passion for delivering successful projects? We're looking for a Project Management Team Leader to lead, support, and develop a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of capital projects in the roading and structures area for our community.

In this role you will:

·       Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers.

·       Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with Council project management frameworks, lifecycle methodologies, and governance requirements.

·       Monitor project performance, budgets, risks, and reporting to support successful project outcomes.

·       Support the planning and delivery of capital works programmes, ensuring projects meet scope, quality, time, and cost objectives.

·       Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and external partners.

What we’re looking for:

·       Proven leadership experience managing and developing project teams.

·       Strong project management knowledge and experience delivering capital projects especially in the roading and structures space.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

·       A collaborative approach with the ability to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
