Health Care Assistant Permanent Reliever

The Role 

You'll put your practical skills and compassion into supporting residents with everyday activities such as personal care, assistance at mealtimes, and general care duties that make for happier, healthier living at an Enliven home. You will work hard, but there are few jobs that will give you the immense satisfaction of working for people who are grateful for your help and who contribute to an enriching working environment.

Hours: Permanent part-time position; working 25 hours per week, relieving as rostered with a variety of shifts and days. Additional shifts can be worked by mutual agreement. Flexibility to cover leave across all shift types – morning, afternoon, and night shifts is essential.


About You

The ideal applicant will:

  • Be empathetic, compassionate, and patient
  • Work well in a team
  • Enjoy working alongside older people
  • Be physically fit and strong
  • Have enthusiasm and a sense of humour
  • Experience in an aged care environment is preferred  
  • Level 3 or 4 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing or equivalent will be required for this role.
